Returns    

If you really must, we won’t cause a fuss. Just send us an email requesting an RMA for your return or exchange.  We must receive your return package within 30 days from the date of shipment.  Beyond 30 days, you’re S.O.L. Upon receipt of your return, we will provide you a gift card in the amount of the returned merchandise, less shipping and handling.  This gift card will be valid for 6 months from date of issuance. Refunds to credit cards are not provided.

- Shipping costs are not refundable.  Is this too obvious of a statement?  I mean does anyone really expect their shipping costs to be refunded?

- If you made a purchase during a special promotion or a discount coupon, then shame on you for snubbing your nose at our generosity.  I mean really.  Here we give you something out of the kindness of our hearts and it’s not good enough.  Fine. If you’re going to be like that then we’re going to adjust your credit to take back our special promotion or discount. And, we’re taking you off our Christmas list.

 - If the purchase was made using a Free Shipping coupon, the original shipping costs will be deducted from your return credit. You don’t really have to worry about this one – we rarely give anything away for free.  A person’s gotta eat you know.

 - CD’s and DVD’s must be returned un-opened.  Yeah, we know what you were planning to do….

 - We must receive returns in their original condition.  Items not received in their original condition or received damaged will not be provided a credit, will be returned at your expense and you will be placed on “The List” which is published quarterly.  Once on the list, your only way of removal is through bribery.

 - Returns should be sent using an insured, traceable method.  We are not responsible for lost packages or damaged items sent to us.  Now we may be able to revise this policy if all of you agree not to whine to us if the package we send you is lost or one of your margarita glasses is broken.  Okay then.  Turn about is fair play.

 - If an item you receive is damaged or incorrect, you must notify us within 48 hours from the time of delivery.  Otherwise, you will need to request an RMA for return of the item.
