Most orders are processed for shipment in 1-3 business days, unless Express shipping is selected. If an item is on backorder, it will be processed for shipment, as soon as it is available. You will not be charged additional shipping when we send your backordered item. You may check the status of your order anytime at www.DrinkThirty.com. We offer two delivery options for shipments within the US: 1. Normal This option gets it to you within 7 business days from the date of shipment. And for those of you that don’t understand what a business day is, it’s any day that doesn’t start with an “S”. So when you’re looking at the calendar, counting the days, don’t include Saturday or Sunday. Okay? 2. Express Delivery (Available for shipments in the US only) For those of you that want instant gratification, you can get your package within 3 business days for the special “I want it now” price of $21.95. *Express Delivery Exceptions: Express delivery is not available for shipments outside of the US, to APO, PO Boxes, within the states of Montana, Wyoming and suburbs of Kansas. Suburbs that are not in close vicinity of a major city may have a delivery delay. Certain items are excluded from the Express Delivery due to their size such as the Margaritaville Frozen Drink Maker, the 36" Clocks, Outdoor Art, Surfboard Signs, Beer Coolers, etc. These items will be denoted with an asterisk. Weather may cause a delay, especially in the Winter and during Hurricane Season. A signature may be required for delivery. We recommend you send Express shipments to an address where someone will be available to sign for the delivery (office/work address) Undeliverable orders or refused orders. When entering your shipping address, please assure the information is accurate. Deliveries that are returned due to an incomplete or an incorrect address we were provided will not be re-shipped, unless requested by the customer and at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs will be charged again for the re-shipment. Orders that are un-claimed, refused or abandoned by the customer, for whatever reason, will not be re-shipped. The original shipping costs will not be credited and a $5 restocking fee will be deducted from the return credit. Signature Required Some orders may be shipped, requiring a signature for delivery. We recommend you ship your order to a work address or where someone will be available during the day to sign for the package. If a package is not signed for, after 3 delivery attempts, it will be returned by the carrier and handled as an undeliverable order. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: All prices are listed in US dollars. We will bill your credit card in US dollars and your credit card company will convert the charges for you. You may review the current exchange rate by clicking here. Shipments made outside of the US and Canada may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once your package reaches the country of destination and are the responsibility of the recipient. Rates vary by country and by what was ordered so we are unable to provide an estimated cost. We recommend you contact the recipient’s customs offices for more information. A $20 International surcharge is added to the Normal shipping cost, which is based upon your merchandise order total. International orders will arrive in 10-14 days from the date of shipment.
